We offer free shipping on all order from the UK. Our prints are securely packaged to prevent damage and we ask that you allow upto 7 working days for delivery. Shipping outside of the UK will cost £10.00 per order.
Returns
All Images are printed to the highest standards and quality checked by me personally before dispatching. In the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you should contact me at your earliest convenience so I can happily try and resolve any issues.
I will only accept order returns if products are faulty or damaged so please make sure you’re happy with the image you’ve chosen. You should not accept any parcels that have been damaged in transit as it is the couriers liability and their responsibility to deliver the parcel in a sound condition. Please contact me at your earliest convenience if you’ve rejected a delivery due to damaged packaging. Once I have contacted the couriers and resolved the issue I will send out another parcel.
To return a print, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your product at matt@kernowfromabove.co.uk. You should quote your order and account numbers and the reason for wanting to return the item. You are obliged to return the print in its original packaging and made secure before sending.
When returned items have been received they will be checked to confirm the reason for return. If, for any reason, a product is not found to be faulty or damaged, I reserve the right to send the item back to the customer with no refund obligable.
